Points of views on kids of Chinese

In spite of being the second biggest economy of the globe and merging greatly to the entire world due to globalization as well as business trading, China looks like quite flourishing in preserve their own incredibly special culture. Westerners who have arrived and checked must recognize that the customs of China is very distinguish from the West and interestingly a lot of the globalization and also lifestyle merging take a terrific impact on Chinese way of life. The following elements that I will stress appear to be quite steady notions in perspective of many Chinese and distinct from the view of nearly all of the Westerners.
If you find this post is interesting and want to know more, just one click here

Children: there are a pair of unique issues on reference of kids in China. The first rather fixed information about kids is most of Chinese desire as lots of children as possible and the second significant element is almost all of Chinese want a son rather than a girl. The primary imperative attitude to Chinese is the fact that they would like a great household. It is extremely opposite to that in the West when people appear to bear as few children as can be. Actually, every Chinese definitely view that youngsters represent joyfulness. The more youngsters they take, the more cheerful they will be. Therefore it is easy to figure out China is the nation of well over one billion individuals comprising 1/8 of the earth's residents. However, as a result of the especially strict regulation of 'one child' scheme that controls every husband and wife to have just one and sole son or daughter, the status of population rise is being managed properly when it comes to national politics but in the point of view of Chinese that viewpoint of owning lots of kids would never switch specially in the non-urban parts.

Besides the factor of pleasure, Chinese also usually think youngsters is fortune. This view stays as a result of the ordinary reality that a great family will possess further labors in addition to add more to the general well-being of the household. Particularly, in the country places wherein farming is the major living there, labors are the primary thing for a fruitful agricultural production. An additional key truth which describes why numerous Chinese like to have scores of little ones is the fact that children will watch for their mom and dad when their parents get weak. Generally, the vast majority of the kids will live with their parents during their lifespan. This has in some way converted as a consequence of the business progress in China when young people have funds to obtain their own buildings. Even kids are not living with their mothers and fathers, it really is the task of youngsters to look after their moms and dads. Consequently, a lot more youngsters signifies parents would be more delighted once they get older.

Children on the mindset of Chinese people

In spite of being the second biggest economy of the world and integrating deeply to the world through globalization and business trading, China seems to be quite successful in preserve their own very unique culture. Westerners who have come and visited have to acknowledge that the culture of China is very separate from the West and not much of the globalization and culture blending have a great impact on Chinese culture. The following points that I am going to point out seem to be very fixed perceptions in mindset of every Chinese and contrary to the mindset of most of the Westerners. Children: there are two distinctive things on regard of children in China. The first very unchanged fact about children is most of Chinese want as many children as possible and the second important thing is most of Chinese want a boy rather than a girl. The first important perception of Chinese is that they want a big family. It is quite opposite to that in the West when people seem to have as few children as possible. Basically, every Chinese always believe that children mean happiness. The more children they have, the happier they are. That is why you can easily understand China is the country of more than 1 billion people accounting for one eighth of the world’s population. However, because of the very strict regulation of ‘one child’ policy that curbs every couple to have just one and only child, the situation of population growth has been controlled successfully in terms of politics but in the mindset of Chinese that perception of having many children will never change especially in the rural areas.

Besides the reason of happiness, Chinese also traditionally think children is wealth. This notion exists because of the simple fact that a big family will have more labors and contribute more to the overall wealth of the family. Especially, in the rural areas where farming is the main industry there, labors are the main factor for a productive farming. One more important fact which explains why many Chinese like to have many children is that children will take care their parents when their parents get old. Traditionally, most of the children will live with their parents throughout their life. This has somehow changed due to the economic development in China when young people have money to buy their own homes. Even children are not living with their parents, it is the responsibility of children to take care of their parents. As a result, more children means parents will be happier when they get older.

Differences between Chinese and Western mindsets on children

Continuing on the differences in percepts of Chinese in compared to the ones of the Westerners, in the post today I would like to point out some more in those stark differences. In the last post I stopped on the first in two aspects in Chinese’s perception on children that was their preference to have many children. The last aspect on children in the mindset of Chinese people is the preference of boys than girls. Indeed until this time of modern China, most of the Chinese especially in the rural areas are sticking to that notion that boys are better than girls. Why? Ok. The first reason explained for this is the labor sources. In rural areas where farming is the main sector the need of labors is very crucial, especially the strong people who can handle the very hard jobs of farming (this is also because of the economic development in those areas where agriculture has not been modernized and mechanized so much). As a result, on this regard it is obvious that men are stronger and needed than women. If you want to find out more about this issue, please visit this link of Ancient china

However, that perception on preference of men for labor is not the main factor because not all of Chinese people are working in farming industry but they are also living in urban areas and they do not need so many labors for doing few hard jobs. Indeed, the main factors that greatly contribute for that mindset of preference for boys is that boys will contribute not labor force but money and caring to the family. Chinese people usually think that girls will be no more ‘their children’ when they get married. When girls get married, it also means that they belong to the husbands’ families. All of their finances, laboring force and many others will be contributed to families of their husbands. In contrast, men when they get married will bring more money, labors and many other things from the wives they marry. Furthermore, men will live with their parents and with their wives, they will take care of parents when parents become old or weak. Meanwhile, because girls will follow their husbands, they will hardly take care of their own parents but their in-law-parents instead.

In addition to that, like many other Asian countries parents have to give their daughters dowries that will be very difficult for poor families in rural areas. As a result, you can be able to hear somewhere the fact that ridiculously in the next 20 years, Chinese men may have to find wives somewhere abroad or even import wives for them because men have been outnumbering women.

Things you should take care when visiting China

Taking a trip to China is sure to be very great and exciting due to a lot of great and beautiful sceneries as well as many amazing and different culture and traditions there. However, if you do not prepare carefully in advance for your trip to China, you can face a lot of difficulties and troubles. Therefore, some little advices and knowledge on China is very crucial for a great and convenient journey to the most crowded nation on earth.

The very important note you should take is the problem about the air pollution there in China. I am sure that many of you have ever tuned in CNN or BBC and seen a lot of awful pictures of Beijing the capital of China blanketed by the dust and air pollution. People on the streets have to wear masks to protect themselves from breathing dust. People are also advised to stay indoors for their health. Of course, that is so stupid because we are tourist and the only aim of us when go to the country is to visit and see the beautiful landmarks and constructions there. How can we stay indoors? If you want to find out more about this issue, please visit this link of Ancient china.

Food is also a very important and interesting parts of any journeys. Indeed, there is a very unique and special cuisine culture in China. Like many other parts of the world, especially in Asia, there are two types of food venues for you to enjoy in China. the first one id restaurant food and the second one is street food. Interestingly, if you used to or at least had a chance to enjoy a specific kind of Chinese food like Kung Pow Chicken from a Chinese restaurant in the US, you will find the taste of the chicken in China totally different from the chicken you were served in the US. In fact, the taste is also very different in the country itself when you enjoy the same food in different locations and restaurants.

The next very interesting kind of food in China is the street food. The great things about the street food is that they are as delicious as but much cheaper than the same food in restaurants. However, the cheapness also implies to be more careful with the street food. Indeed, the big problem of street food is safety. Many people have suffered from poisoning because of bad quality street foods. Therefore, it is better for you to keep away from street food or at least make a thorough search or have guidance from people when you want to taste and enjoy the street food in China. However, I have to admit myself that the street food there is very great and the atmosphere is also very special.

An overview about Chinese philosophy

It is said that the traditional philosophy of Chinese people stems from the two main eras of so-called the Spring and Fall era and Wars amongst States era. During these two important eras, there was period of Hundred Schools of Thought that experienced a lot of new philosophies and schools of thought in China. Having said that, it is believed that the ground or elements for Chinesephilosophy have existed far before those two eras of the Spring and Fall and Wars amongst States dating back to 700 BCE.

In spite of having a great number of philosophies and schools of thought, however, there are only seven main philosophies that have had great impacts on Chinese’ mindset and traditions until now. These philosophies and schools of thought are named as the following: Confucianism, Daoism, Legalism, Naturalists, Mohism, Logicians and Agriculturalists. In the post today, I would like to give you a brief overview about two of those ideologies and schools of thought of Chinese people – Confucianism and Daoism that are considered as the most influential ones.

The first important philosophy that have had a great impact on Chinese people is the Confucianism. Many people and historians from the other nations especially from the West even consider this philosophy of Confucianism as the national religion of China. especially, the Confucianism also has a far reaching influence when it used to be the main philosophy in some other surrounding nations of China like Vietnam, Japan and Korea. The philosophy embraces a wide range of issues like humanity, loyalty, rituality and ruling. One of the most featured concepts of Confucianism is the idea to give up the two ends and get the middle in order to reconcile the opposites and take the best of the two as the middle.

The second philosophy developed in China is the Daoism. Daoism was developed by LaoZi. The philosophy then has turned out to be one of the main religions in China. The word of Dao in Daoism means path. However, different from the Confucianism, Daoism does not talk a lot about the path for a person to become a good or moral one. Instead, the religion of Daoism focuses more on physical and natural forces that affect invisibly and mysteriously on human being and the whole universe and then find out the best ways to harmonize between men and nature. Therefore, the main point in Daoism is to live harmoniously with the nature because it is believed that the more endeavors of men to make the word better, the worse the world is.

Some problems that tourists can face in China

Some years ago, China passed the US to become the biggest single market of international tourism industry that is worth of tens of billions of US dollar. There is no doubt that more and more international tourists will choose China as an amazing place to visit. Some words like amazing, oriental or mysterious can be used to described the nation’s rich and old traditions and culture as well as beautiful and magnificent landscapes and architectures. However, because the country possesses a very different culture and traditions , you can be able to face a lot of difficulties. However, when you have found out those differences in China in compared to other popular travel places like Europe or the US, you will find those very interesting and great. In the post today, I would like to suggest to you some problems or difficulties that you will easily find in China.
If you want to find out more about this issue, please visit this link of Ancient china.

The first problem you have to face when traveling to China is of course the language barriers. It is true that in China there are few people speaking English or other popular traveling foreign languages like French or Spanish. Of course, it also greatly depends on the areas or places you are going to visit in China to see those language barriers. For example, if you are visiting a tourism places rather than a non-tourism places, you may not find that language problems. Meanwhile, if you are going to visit and explore yourself remote areas and meet local people there, you will hardly see anyone speaking English. Or even in popular tourism hubs to foreigners like in Beijing, there are also the differences within the city itself. For instance, if you visit popular sites in Beijing, people there who are mostly tourists guides rather than local people, language barrier is not a big problem, but if you visit other places like a restaurant of a Beijing local, they hardly speak English. Therefore, there is no other ways rather than having a local tourist guide or learn how to speak Chinese yourself are the solutions for the big problem of language barriers.
The second big problem that you may face and find uncomfortable when traveling to China is the transportations. The main and popular mean of transportation for foreigners in China is subways. However, it is described that the subway and metro systems in China are awful. They are absolutely crowded and chaotic. It is crowded simply because China is the country of more than 1 billon people and it is quite chaotic because of that crowdedness as well as the random and unscheduled times of trains and subways.
